Cookie Policy

DropText uses browser local storage and a service worker for the following:

• droptext_theme — remembers whether you chose dark or light mode
• droptext_history — your recent paste links and edit tokens, kept on your device only
• droptext_cookie_notice — remembers that you dismissed the cookie banner

DropText also runs ads through Monetag, which may use its own cookies, service worker, or push-notification permissions to deliver ads. Monetag's data collection is governed by their own policy, not this one. If you'd prefer not to receive ad-related push notifications, decline or revoke notification permission when your browser prompts for it.
